frozen yogurt

This nectarous delight tastes as good as it looks – and it is ridiculously simple to make. The recipe was shared by a friend many moons ago, has been slightly adapted and been satisfying my sweet tooth ever since. As long as you have a food processor (or a blender could work I suppose) all you need is:

  • 4 cups frozen fruit (I used mixed berries, but even tastier when made with frozen strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup full fat yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey (could be cut back or not added at all if desired taste is more bitter/less sugary)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed

(Serves 4)
